Delivery Methods
Downloadable Software
Software is delivered to you by download to your computer or your mobile device.
Software is downloaded to your computer when you click the links shown on download
pages in your browser or on email messages from us. Software is downloaded to your
device when you click on links sent to your device by SMS or email.
Hardware and Accessories
We use UPS as our primary carrier for all hardware and accessories orders.
For most orders we charge a flat fee of just $4.95 for UPS Ground shipments and
only $7.95 for UPS 2nd Day Air shipments within the continental US. We also offer
UPS Next Day Air and Next Day Air A.M. shipping options. Once you added an item
to your cart, you can see a real-time quote for all the available services, delivery
dates, and shipping costs to your destination.
Daily Shipping Cutoff
For Accessories orders using Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select services,
the daily shipping cutoff is 3:25 PM EST Mon - Fri. For UPS Ground shipments,
the daily shipping cutoff is 12:25 PM EST Mon - Fri.
International Orders
We currently ship to North America, Europe, Australia, and Japan. Additional countries
may be added in the future. Shipping fees start at around $25 for UPS Expedited
(3-7 days).
International orders are subject to applicable customs, duties, brokerage fees and
taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that
many product warranties do not provide coverage outside the US.
