Returns
Downloaded Software:
A full refund will be granted within 30 days of purchase for:
- Defective software
- Software not received due to our error
- Duplicate Purchases
- Billing Errors
Refunds cannot be offered for:
- Software purchased for the wrong device or platform
- Promotion codes not entered by the customer during the purchase process
- Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason

If you are not satisfied with an accessory product bought from our store for any
reason, you may return it for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs)
if returned within 30 days of delivery. There is no re-stocking fee.
To exchange a non-defective product, please return it for credit and place an order
for a new item.
We cannot accept returns on:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that is not in its original condition
To start your return, simply package the products up and please include a note with
your order number. Ship the product(s) to be returned with trackable means to the
below address. Your credit card will be credited within four business days of receipt.

Misshipped or Defective Accessories
If your product is defective at the time of delivery, or you received the wrong
item, please contact our customer support with
details. We will email or mail you a free UPS Return Label to use for returning
the merchandise and send you a replacement product at no cost.
Warranty Policy on Accessories
If your product becomes defective after the 30-days return policy, please contact
our customer support for warranty details. Each
manufacturer offers different warranty periods (ranging from six months to lifetime)
and procedures. You will be responsible for all shipping charges on warranty replacements.
