Yes. Look for the string that says Maps and change it to wtvr you want.

tried that. string with maps not there. we both asked this in another thread actually. we also tried adding a map string and that didn't work as well. all my other apps are renamed except for maps.

check the file in the downloads section again, it has been updated to include the maps...

Is it possible to completely delete name of application?
Just want two of my icons on the middle without names...others with names!!!
