SummerBoard HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hay guys, i just jailbroke a new 1.1.1 iphone via the jailbreakme.com method.

Everything whent great, excep summerboard doesnt work.

when I press a theme it doesnt change the springboard at all,

Plz help
