An idea about downgrading 1.1.3

Ok so hears my question.

i stupidly restored my iphone to firmware 1.1.3, i now am stuck with 4.6 bootloader, and 4.03.13_G modem fw.

i need to know if i downgrade to 1.1.1 and get the incorrect sim error, but i bypass the activation and jailbreak it can i then upgrade back to 1.1.3 using nate's soft uipgrade from the instaler app.

when i upgrade from non working phone 1.1.1 to 1.1.3 soft upgrade will i then get the phone functionaliy back since i am running the 1.1.3 fw.
