okay, so i did the video hamster way, i registered and everything works fine, but when i watch a video it still says its 20 seconds, all the time i refresh the page i become an unknown user, but i have registered about 5 times, and still not working, i made safari accept cookies too. anyone know how to fix? or know a better way to get flash player?

Not sure what you're referring to, there is no flash player for the iPhone. What's the "Video Hamster way"?

some videos cannot be converted. And some can only have partions of it converted. What I would do is try to find another video from you tube or something and see if it plays the whole thing.
