Think of it this way: In a (normal, human) conversation, you wouldn't randomly start talking to your friends about how your iPhone's baseband is corrupt or how you found out how to take screenshots by pressing home and power; it's just not real. Treat Chit-Chat as if it's a place where "normal" human conversation happens.
